Emily First of all, this story has no name, I thought you guys could help with that.

Two angry teens, one a boy, and one a girl, stared at each other tensely. The boy narrowed his cat-like eyes at the girl. "Look. I don't care if you are a stranger to me. I know you are a shape-shifter like me. We need to stick together in order to be able to live. There are Slayers all over this place," he said. "Fine. Although I do want to at least know your name before we have to really stick together. My name is Kumah," the girl replied. "Well my name is Jasiek. I am I cat shifter, and I can turn into domestic and wild cats," the boy replied.
"I am a canine shifter and I can turn into both, too," Kumah said. They sat at the creek for a while in silence, and Kumah sighed. "I lost my parents to the Slayer Group Elysia a while a go. I had no where to go so I lived wild in the woods, killing Slayers while I could. Then I found you, and you talked some sense into me," Kumah murmured, flipping over a small pebble in her hand. "My mom was killed in a car crash and my dad was Slain by you-know-who," Jasiek told Kumah. "I'm hunted by both the Slayers and the Paranormal Agency. Both of them aren't good to get caught by. Before my brother died trying to avenge my dad, he taught me defense and attack against the Slayers. He said that the best thing to do with the Paranormal Agency was to run. They have dart guns, and he said just to run," Jasiek told her grimly.

Emily "Yeah, I know," Kumah replied. "Someday I'm gonna let the agency get me, and then I don't have to worry about fleeing. Sometimes it gets to be too much," Kumah said, tossing her bleached-blonde hair. Jasiek frowned, and his cat-like eyes darted towards a bush near them. "Kumah, it sounds like an agent is near, come on, we have to hurry," Jasiek said, his tone urgent. The two shifters quietly backed away, and slipped into their shifter forms. They hid in a bush, and Kumah nearly yelped as a thorn pierced her side. Sure enough, two agents, both in black suits, appeared from a trail. "I could have sworn I heard someone over here just a minute ago," the one agent said as he put a pistol he was holding into his holster. "Yeah, and what if it was an innocent kid? You would have scared it to death with that tranquilizer pistol. It does look like a real gun," the other agent replied. "Oh shut up, Codee," the first agent said as he rolled his eyes. It was so hard not to laugh at the two goons that Kumah had to clamp her jaws shut.

Emily "Why are there footprints and then there are paw prints in the creek?" the first agent asked. "You need glasses, Jason," Codee joked. Jason ignored him. They followed the set of paw prints, and Kumah felt really nervous when they were getting closer. "Time to make an exit, stage right," Jasiek yelled as they darted out of the bush. The agents followed, and Kumah heard a loud bang as the pistol was fired. She flinched and pressed closer to Jasiek as they ran.

Emily Having four legs instead of two helped, but it was hard to try to outrun seasoned agents. Kumah fell behind a little from Jaskiek, and she could hear the agents running close behind her. "Come on, Kumah," Jasiek yelled to her encouragingly. He slowed down a little for her. Suddenly, Kumah yelped. A dart stuck out of her shoulder, and Jasiek swatted it off of her quickly. "Come on, you can fight it... We only have to reach the river; they won't try to get us there," he said to her. Kumah weakly nodded, and tried to clear her head. She kept running, but she felt soooo drowsy. Her head spun, and she sank onto the ground, wheezing. Without a word, Jasiek sank his teeth into her scruff and half-dragged half-carried her into the river. The agents got to the edge and halted. The one cursed, and they stormed off.

Emily "Thank Siek, that was a close one," Jasiek muttered, holding Kumah up. She wearily nodded, and lapped at the cool water. I'm glad it wasn't the Slayers, though," Kumah whispered.

Emily Jasiek helped Kumah stagger out of the water, and they found a bush and rested there. "Thanks," Kumah murmured. Jasiek cast a sideways glance at her. "For what?" he asked. "Sticking with me," Kumah murmured. Jasiek shrugged. "We agreed to stick together," he replied.
