Have read first two of the Glasgow Underworld Trilogy, The Necessary Death of Lewis Winter and How a Gunman Says Goodbye. Enjoyed them both - second one especially which very cleverly developed the story and characters but you needed to read both to get the maximum from it. Quite a different style, very to the point and stark. Eagerly awaiting the third and final instalment, which is about to be published next week: The Sudden Arrival of Violence
