Vamps with Bite discussion

I think they can kinda soar. But not turn into a bat.

i think that vampires stay on the ground and you know run fast or telaport.

makes sense.

yeah. i don't like the thought of them being able to fly and all.

kinda creepy. especially the whole "they turn into bats and then bite you" nonsense. it's just comical.

that is stupid only vampire bats can do that. vampires are hot and fast.

Bones can fly! Since he's just about perfect I would say yes, yes vampires can fly :)

Honestly through all the books I've read about vampires they do seem to have a lot of different powers and flying doesn't really seem too far off after some of what I've read.

And ya, imagining the Vamp Superman is kinda funny :)) We could put a "V" on his chest instead of an "S" and color him in Red & Black

I usually don't mind if they fly, it can be kind of cool. But I for sure think it's stupid when they turn into bats -- unless it's Dracula. HOWEVER, I did just read a book called The Silver Kiss where the vampires could turn into bats and it was actually okay. It was kind of a cool throw-back to the old school vampires. They also had to have some dirt or soil from their home country to be able to have a restful sleep during the daylight hours. That was just like the original Dracula too. It was interesting to see how each vampire found a way to keep that soil near them at all times. It's a pretty good book. not my favorite, but worth reading.
