Sherry, I can't commit to the one book a month rule. I have 500+ books sitting here waiting to be read, not to mention anything I may take on for review.

Sounds like a great idea, but a book a month rule is a little steep for me also. Especially this time of year. Winter always lends to more inside time which in turn creates more time to read, and write. But summer time is much too hard for me to commit to so much reading.

Unfortunately, with all of my obligations for Vine and the promised reviews to authors in the support group, I realized I had to drop out of the "Up and Coming" group for the sake of my sanity. I want to be fair to everyone and honor my obligations, and so I just can't take on the promise to review an additional book per month (I already do 4/month for Vine, plus whatever additional reading I choose to do on the side).

Of course, if I didn't have that pesky day job in order to pay the bills, I could read a lot more. :-P
