What made you write the fault in our stars?

You are so poetic in your books, and seem to feel the pains and thoughts of the characters so well. Do you love poetry? Have you ever lived things similar to the characters?

What made you chose canser the concept of TFIOS? I am writing a novel myself I want to know how could you make poeple feel the pain?

John, when is your next book coming out. I've read all your books way more than 10 times. I love your books I really want to know when your next book is coming out its been awhile. I always read the books first then watch the movie. "fault in the stars" is my favorite book ever. The movie put me in tears. I love your books. Your my most favorite author. I really hope you have another book coming out soon.

John, An abundance of Katherines is one of my favorite books, because it mixes humor, languages (which I have always loved) and a some situations that can happen in you everyday life (I am not talking about dating 19 Katherines or creating a theorem, but about getting cheated or going to a trip with your best friend). I wanted to know, what inspired you of this rare, funny idea? I mean, seriously, Colin is one of a kind.

I have read your book more then can be counted on two hands and i still can't seem to figure out what it is about you that made you write this book. So I wonder does it have something to do with your life as a person did you lose a loved one from cancer like gus and you were in hazels point of view??
