I loved Diary of a Wimpy Kid, a cartoon novel. It's funny, a very quick read and enjoyable. It captures something true about being a kid. I enjoyed it immensely.

Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg- COO of Facebook. I wasn't a very avid reader of management or self help books. But trust me every man and woman who has ever worked in an office MUST read this book. Every chapter reminds of you of a time in your own life. And women across the world can identify wit every single thing written in there!

"The conquest of happiness" by Bertrand Russell. Advice for enlightened happiness in his remarkable writing style.

My favourite from 2013 was 'The Wall' by Marlen Haushofer. It is one of my favourite (top 5) books of alltime. In case you are interested, you can click on the link to read my review.

'The Notebook' by Nicholas Sparks- One of the best romance books,I would say.Dan Brown's 'Angels and Demons'
"The Steradian Trail " by MNKrish is one of the interesting books that I have read off late.Original plot, good writing and fast pace hooked me to the book.

I read The Cukoo's Calling by J.K.R under pseudo-name Robert Galbarith on the last day of the year and loved it. Its an awesome treat for mystery lovers. Great characters and pretty interesting premise. Though the climax seemed a little too perfect i loved had all the elements of a good Agatha Christie read.
