I find personally I find prefer reading romance books written by men.

I've read most of Nick Hornby a handful of other male authors who have written decent relationship/romance books.

Recommendations below please...

Zack Love (zacklove) Hi Everyone! I'm Zack Love and I'm here to crack you up with sexy laughs and prove to you that MEN DO EXIST in this book world. And even though I'm the token male here, I'm working hard at some affirmative action, which basically entails getting lots of women to buy my book. And girls, let me tell you: there is no greater pleasure than getting clicks from chicks. And to that end, I'd like to direct you to the only review I have ever posted on Goodreads. It is a raving, five-star review. Of my own book. But it's extremely objective. I actually had to restrain myself when writing it. Check it out: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Zanriel | 3 comments Sex in the Title was great, I wish you'd write some more along those lines, Zack!

I have a couple more that aren't in the list on the main page, that are quite good:

Three Way by Daniel Grant

Sort of a love quadrangle story, not as raunchy as the title makes it sound. I found it hilarious and moving. Great book.

Love at Absolute Zero by Christopher Meeks

This one is sort of along the same lines as The Rosie Project but the story unfolds in a completely different way, and the main character is a lot more down to earth. I found him quite relatable. The story had some ups and downs and gets pretty heavy, but it works out.

Scratch by Danny Gillan

This is a book about growing up and moving on... in your 30s. I won't say too much, so as not to spoil it too much, but it was funny, heartwarming, and bittersweet.

The Unknowns by Gabriel Roth

I'm about halfway through this book and so far so good. The author does an excellent job of describing thought processes, what's going on in people's heads. It's very insightful, good psychology. The book switches from present day to past tense when the narrator was in high school, so it has multiple romantic subplots going on. It's quite good so far.

I finished reading this and it was bittersweet, but hopeful. It was tense and suspenseful, but only because you knew the whole time where it was headed, you just didn't know when or how it would get there.

I just found this on Amazon and it looks like it could be good. Not recommending it since I haven't read it, just adding it to the list. It just came out in July and there's a "Box Set" (Books 1-4). The books are short so it seems the box set is really more of the whole book.
