The novel I recently read "Monument 14 - Sky on Fire" left me breathless. This book had suspense around every corner building as the story went on. Not only that, but the book was well thought out and written in chronological fashion making it easy to understand. Probably the best part of the book came early on. It was as if the author wanted to portray a new type of begenning, like maybe they wanted a fresh start. It went so in depth on how the characters had to start over, from scratch. This scene also fabricates a very dark, dangerous setting in which nothing is able to live, with the exception of them and their gas masks. The book is like a mental roller coaster and really provokes your thoughts; due to that I strongly reccomend this book to anyone who enjoys reading thrillers or suspense type books.
