E M M A THIS IS A GENERAL TOPIC- request specific class if needed

message 2: by E M M A (new)

E M M A Kegan settled his stuff, irritated with the desks in all te other classes. The ones that had the desk connected to the chair. Oh, such hatred he had for those awful contraptions. He felt claustrophobic just sitting it it. At Sayors question, kegan had to laugh. "Baby, they're just jealous. Ignore them," he flashed a grin, brushing her hair back again. "Ignore them," his lips twitched at a smile. Welcome to popularity, he thought silently. It then dawned on him that... He hasn't really asked sayor what kind of 'social class' she was in. Was she... Way down there....? With all the freaks? He had to make sure she was up with him, the jocks, the a lists, the pretties.

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor raised an eyebrow. She felt like they were staring at her because of her story, that none of them should know. "Jealous? Of me? Why...." She trailed off as she realized why. Kegan had wanted her to sit by him, and not them. Wow. How shallow do you get? Not Kegan, just the people of his crowd. Sayor herself didn't have a crowd. She wasn't unpopular, but she wasn't poplar like Kegan. She knew lots of people and were friends with them, but she wasn't part of the 'it' crowd. "Never mind. Don't answer that." She muttered. When he brushed her hair behind her ear again, her heart fluttered. Was this how she was going to respond everytime he touched her? She didn't know why it happened...it just did.

message 4: by E M M A (new)

E M M A Kegan nodded, smiling when she realized what he had meant. He was getting sick of flirting with those fake blondes, anyway. He behaved in the same manner of his science class, over relaxing in his seat as he sunk into his seat. He could sense Sayors nervousness, and e smirked to himself. Well done. The bell rang loudly, and Mrs. Lev began to take her attendance. "Morning, Miss Levvvv," he saluted from his seat, all innocence. "Oh yes! Miss Dunkley!" She called, smiling pleasantly. Some of the football kids had sat around kegan, this having been the jock and cheer corner. "This is sayor," he put an arm around her shoulders protectively, showing that he meant business, and that sayor was his. Not to be tampered with. "Sayor, meet Jacob, Ryan, and Jo," he pointed respectively. "And Chloe, Sara, Paul, and Robbie," he rolled his eyes, knowing she wouldn't remember. His friends murmured polite hi's, enthusiastic greetings coming from Ryan, Jackb, and Robbie. They were people... People.

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor pulled out a red jacket from her bag, and pulled it on. She was so cold it wasn't even funny. "Here!" Sayor called as she heard her name. She relaxed back in her seat and watched as people sat in their desks, choosing places to sit. She noticed more football players and cheerleaders gravitate over here, and all the other kids sat on the other end of the room. Sayor looked up when she felt Kegan's arm around her shoulder, as he introduced her. Her heart skipped a beat, and she was so confused. What was wrong with her? she never had this reaction...ever. "Hi, I'm Sayor. Its so good to meet you." She said sincerely, a friendly smile on her face. She was alright with people when she was on her meds, but she was great when she was off them. Hopefully she would be off them soon.

message 6: by E M M A (new)

E M M A Kegan was pleased with the majority of his groups positive reactions. Sayor was just so innocent, he almost laughed. It definitely was the first innocent girl he had flirted with, and it wasn't so bad. Maybe he wouldn't the cheated on. Today was periods 2, 4, and six, with lunch between four and six. Each class was two hours, but they passed by quickly. Sometimes. The announcements came on, and a student announced the pledge. Kegan kept his arm around sayor casually, his right hand over his heart as he stared off towards the general direction of the flag. His main focus was centered on what they'd announce next. Homecoming court.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor grinned as she got a good reaction from his friends. Well...some of his friends. Sayor knew his best friends were Crew Johnson and Travis Dumas. At least that's what she heard. And she also heard that Crew was hard to please. So hopefully she did good. Sayor stood up and said the pledge, Kegan's arm around her shoulder brought her close to his side...and she really didnt mind. She sat down once again, listing to the anannouncements. "And now Homecoming King and Queen:" The announcer announced. The students around her got all excited...while Sayor just listened for Kegan's name, because she knew he had been nominated.

E M M A ((Hold on xD haha I have to sort the winners out I totally blanked!!!)

message 9: by [deleted user] (last edited Jan 31, 2014 08:11PM) (new)

((Haha sounds good! ;)))

message 10: by E M M A (new)

E M M A There was a sound effect drum roll, sounding crackly through the speaker. Kegan had released sayor, his brows furrowed in concentration. He dreaded the next words. Badly. "For freshmen, the prince and princess of 2013 are Libby Bell and Marcus Elwood! Congrats guys. Our sophomores...... Crew Johnson, and Sabrina Dumas!" The overly peppy leadership student cheered loudly, announcing the winners dramatically. "Juniors," she cleared her throat. "Lily Marshall, and Kegan Luff!" She crowed, and e could hear someone in the background giggle and shout "I love you Kegan!". Disgusting. Kegan felt sick all of a sudden, ignoring the slaps on the back and the congratulated stares. Lily. Oh god, he couldn't go to homecoming with lily. "And now our seniors! The Homecoming queen and king of 2013!!" She announced, the drunroll back again. "Bridget young, and Travis Dumas!!! Congratulations, guys! Don't forget to go to the football game tonight, at five thirty for JV and 7 for Varsity! Have a fantastic Friday!" Click. The loudspeaker went off, and kegan didn't hear Mrs. Lev congratulating him. The voices were all a blur, and he completely spaced out in his misery. Many of his football buddies comforted him, saying that it was okay , that lily didnt deserve the sash and crown. But maybe sayor did. "Sayor, will you go to homecoming with me?" He blurted, his heart being stabbed repeatedly by lily. He had to go with someone, he had to have his heart be remedied.

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor glanced at Kegan,as his and lily's name were called. She saw his face crumble, and immediately wanted to make him feel better. She ran her fingers through her hair. "Hey Kegan...you Ok?" She asked softly, leaning over to him. But she could tell he didn't hear her. Her voice was lost in the crowd. When everyone turned to the front of the classroom, watching Mrs. Lev, Sayor still watched Kegan. When he looked at her, and asked her to homecoming, her heart dropped. "Wait..me?" She asked softly, staring at him. She's dreaming. Why would Kegan Luff ask her to homecoming?

message 12: by E M M A (new)

E M M A Kegan nodded, sure of himself. He definitely wouldn't be taking Lily, for sure. He still needed time away from her. "Yeah, you. There aren't any other Sayor Dunkley's in here," he murmured, now kneeling by her desk on one knee, his hands holding hers. The teacher announced that they'd just be working on their essays for the whole period, as well as introducing their new reading book. It was Friday, and Mrs. Lev loved her relaxation days. "Come with me," he urged, begging now. Was this what it was like to be desperate? Did he even love sayor enough? Of course he did. Right? Kegans emotions and feelings were so confused, he didnt think he'd ever get them straightened out.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor grinned as he got down on one knee and asked her to homecoming. "I think you are crazy for asking me, but yes. I would love to go with you." She said with a large grin, giving his hand a squeeze. Her heart was beating faster than normal, and she wasn't sure what was going on. She wasn't sure if he was asking her so he didn't have to go with lily, or because he genuinely wanted to go. She knew she did, even if he didn't. Sayor didn't know if she was in love with him, just crushing, or was close. Her unstable hormones made it hard to tell. All that she knew was that she felt something.

message 14: by E M M A (new)

E M M A Kegan, being the bold kid he was, leaned close to sayor, holding her chin in one hand as he stood. "Good," he whispered against her lips, pressing them lightly to hers. The last thing he wanted to do was scare Sayor off, but kegan moved fast. It only then occurred to him that he had met sayor only two hours ago. But then again, he was the one who made out with girls he didn't even know or care about behind the gym. So why did this kiss feel different? Why did he feel like it was too soon? He never had that feeling. To distract himself, he cupped Sayors face in his hands, kissing er more deeply. He couldn't stop, and it was awful.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor let s little gasp skip out of her mouth has he connected his lips with hers. She wasn't expecting that. But she kissed him back, just as lightly. Her hand rested on his chest, as the other wrapped around his neck. Her mind turned to mush and she couldn't think straight. When was her birthday? What was her name? She couldn't remember anything. All that she knew HD that she was kissing Kegan Luff, in the back corner of her English classroom. As he deepened the kiss and cupped her cheek, she felt her heart best faster, if that was even possible. She kissed him back , just as passionately. The world faded and all that west left west them.

message 16: by E M M A (new)

E M M A Kegan had wrapped his arms around Sayor, getting into his kiss with sayor. She was surprisingly good, and hadnt put up a fight with him. He could feel eyes staring hotly at him, mainly from the cheerleaders he kicked away. "You're not too bad a kisser," he mumbled, his lips pressing against hers one last time before he reluctantly let her go. Jacob threw a pencil at him, which kegan picked up and threw back with double the force. The football player sniggered, turning back to his essay. "We've got essays to finish," he pinched her waist lightly, before retreating to his own seat.

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Sayor loved the feel of his arms around her. She felt safe, and protected. It was something she hadn't felt in a long time. She laughed slightly when he called her a good kisser. "You aren't so bad yourself." She murmered, a small smile on her face as he kissed her one last time. She laughed as Jacob and Kegan chucked pencils at each other. They looked like they were close. When he reminded her about the.essay they had to.write, she sighed, plopping back down in her seat. "Ugh. Don't remind me." She said with a sigh, pulling out a pencil. She couldn't focus, her mind was too busy thinking about that kiss. Had he ment anything? Or was it just to get his mind off of lily?

((Gtg...:/))

message 18: by E M M A (new)

E M M A ((AWWW! Will you be on tomorrow morning? We should ff so I'm not stuck))

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yeah..and nope. I won't. I might be on tomorrow night and a little Sunday...but Idk. Do you want to start the fast forward? And then I'll post and you can leave?))

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

((You can just leave. Just have Kegan leave or something. I've gotta sleep. Bye!))

message 21: by E M M A (new)

E M M A ((Sorry!!!!!!!! iPod shut off >.< ))
Kegan flirted with sayor the rest o class, barely finishing his essay in time. He crammed the paper with pointless parts, alled 'fluff' by his teacher, and turned the sloppy paper in. He kissed sayor goodbye, reminding her to remember to come to the game, and that he'd be waiting for her at JV's game. They exchanged numbers, and kegan felt his face blush when she had finally left and his boys started teasing him relentlessly. Kegan went off to lunch, in higher spirits than he thought possible.

message 22: by rimskur (new)

rimskur Sawyer leaned against the door momentarily as he glanced at the near empty desks inside the classroom. He had been early to the class but would never admit that it was because he liked the subject so much. It would never leave his lips but it was obvious to others in the class that he was skilled in the subject, having always discussing with their teacher afterwards on topics that they hadn't covered in their time period. He glanced over his shoulder briefly before slipping inside, glancing at the rows of chairs and combined desks for a a good seat. He scored one by a window on the other side, dropping his bag and his books on the desk and beside the chair.

message 23: by [deleted user] (last edited Feb 13, 2014 07:20PM) (new)

Brenna walked into class a few minutes early, hoping to get a good seat. She enjoyed her year above her grade level English class. It was so not boring like the other ones. Not that she would ever tell anyone that she sorta liked English. Mostly because she didnt have anyone to tell. She glanced around the room, noticing that her usual window spot was taken. Darn it. She sighed, and decided to go for a seat a couple desks behind her usual, in the back sorta by the window. At least she wouldn't have to socialize. Much. She dropped her bag on her chair with a loud thump, and bent over it, trying to locate her binder and books. It was harder than she thought it would be. Everything else was in the way, and she couldn't find anything. At all.

message 24: by rimskur (new)

rimskur He briefly looked up as another figure entered the classroom, but his attention was quickly turned away as his books slipped from his hand and fell into a jumbled mess on the floor. He shook his head, biting his lip to keep himself from cursing. He had made a resolution to stop swearing so much, and it was going pretty well so far. Bending down, Sawyer picked up the three novels and stacked them on top of his desk again. He craned his neck to find the face of the classmate of his that had entered when his attention was diverted. He found the figure seated a few desks behind his. She looked familiar and he realized that she always sat in the seat he was in.

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna's long dark brown hair tumbled over her shoulder as she finally located her heavy binder her teacher had made her buy. She dropped it on her desk with a heavy plunk, and then reached down to grab her books. She didst realize it, but on top of her book was her pencil bag, and when she pulled it out, out came the pencils. All over the dumb floor. "Shoot." she sighed, bending over to pick them up. Curse her unorganized nature. Brenna was the worlds most unorganized person ever, much to her OCD brother's dismay. She couldn't keep anything clean.

message 26: by rimskur (new)

rimskur He had almost made it to his seat when he heard the clattering noise of pencils on the floor. Releasing an annoyed sigh, he stood and turned to where the sounds emanated from. With raised eyebrows, he recognized the girl he noticed earlier. It only seemed courteous of him to help her since he had taken her seat first. But if he helped her, he wouldn't have time to go through his notes. Dismayed on the inside, he took a few steps behind his desk and crouched down next to hers. "Maybe you should...uh, zip this up, maybe?"Sawyer suggested picking up a few stray pencils underneath the next desk over. He looked up at her after gathering a few more pencils.

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna looked up shyly. "Yeah that would probably be smart. Thanks." She said with a small smile, before scooping up the last of the pencils. she was slightly embarrassed and wanted to go crawl into a hole and die. Again. She stood, shoving her pencils into her bag and making a big point of closing it for him. Thats how you do it! She want trying to make him feel bad or nothing, she was just showing that she took his advice to heart. Sort of. She'll probably forget next period or something. It wad typical her. She just...forgot everything.

message 28: by rimskur (new)

rimskur He furrowed his eyebrows in befuddlement of her show, but shook his head choosing to ignore it. She was just another random weird girl that he had run into. "Well...good job I guess." He smiled wryly. He pulled his sleeved up his forearms stopping them at his elbows as he unhinged his knees. He stood up, saluting her in a mocking gesture. Sawyer grinned, enjoying the teasing he was doing to her. He decided that he already knew what there was to know in his notes and to stay around. He could perhaps learn from this girl. It would definitely make his day to hang out with her.

((I gotta go. Goodnight!))

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

((Bye!!))

Brenna smiled slightly. "Thanks." She said with a small smile. It was easier to socialize with people when it was just them in a room. She didn't feel so awkward. She rolled her eyes when he saluted her. "At ease soilder." She said quickly, smirking at her response. She was on one tonight. She shrugged off her jacket and dropped it onto her backpack. She knew he was enjoying the teasing he was doing to her. No matter how mild it was compared to her brothers. Because it was. Mild. Like nothing. Brenna leaned against her desk, trying to seem laid back, when really she wanted to cry. She hated taking to people...but whatever.

message 30: by rimskur (new)

rimskur Sawyer grinned at her quick response, dropping his hand to his side. He was slightly put off that he hadn't known her name however, as he knew he would remember this girl's face. "This soldier's name is Sawyer." He introduced himself. With a quick scan of the classroom, he recognized that still not many people had arrived, including their professor. He smiled, taking a seat in the chair in front of her desk, crossing his arms over the back. "What's yours?" He questioned, an expectant smile on his face. He didn't know what type of girl she was, if she had gotten offended by his teasing or if she enjoyed him doing it.

message 31: by [deleted user] (last edited Feb 14, 2014 05:26PM) (new)

Brenna smiled slightly. Oh please please please. Just.........no. She was socializing with a pretty darn attractive guy. Just...no. "Nice to meet you Soilder Sawyer. I'm General Brenna." She said with a curt nod, still acting like a general. This is what she did when she was nervous. Act like a freak. She had no clue what to say or do, so she either babbled, or acted. She was acting...which was somewhat better than babbling. Somewhat. She wrapped a strand of curly black hair around her finger, her warm brown eyes looked anywhere but at him. Avoiding she contact helped. It was like she was talking to herself. Easy.

message 32: by rimskur (new)

rimskur A chuckle escaped his lips. Not one to take things halfway, he laughed loudly like he meant it. It was a weird habit of his, but no one ever questioned it or tried to make him stop out of embarrassment. "So General Brenna, I'm all out of military jokes currently." He quirked a wry grin, raising his eyebrows in tune. Sawyer stretched his sore arms subconsciously. "Are you new here?" He questioned with a hint of a blush on his cheeks. It was embarrassing that he didn't know who she was.

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna was a little started by his loud laugh, but giggled slightly. Mason. He's just like your older brother. Mason. Pretend you are talking to Mason. She thought nervously, trying not to pass out from nervousness. "Haha me too." When he asked if she was New, she shook her head. "No. I'm a junior though. I was put into this class because the other was too slow" She confessed, regretting it afterward. So stupid. Just...stupid.

message 34: by rimskur (new)

rimskur He nodded his head with a smile, relaxing in the chair. She seemed cool, not too bad for a junior. He found that girls in grades other than his were somewhat less appealing for some reason and could be annoying. "Ah, you have a passion for English then?" His accent was heavy as he spoke. It was another annoying habit of his. Whenever he spoke some specific words, his British accent would deepen.

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna raised an eyebrow when he spoke. So he was hot and British?? No! That was not allowed!!!! Why were all British men attractive? David Tenant....Matt Smith. It wasn't fair! At all!! She shrugged. "I guess. I like to read. And write. But that's it. Grammar and stuff like that i suck at though." She said with a small laugh and shrug. She didn't adore English, but she definitely didn't dislike it either. She had...mixed feelings about it.

message 36: by rimskur (new)

rimskur He raised his eyebrows, a surprised expression on his features. "I have to agree with you there." Sawyer nodded his head, as he bent forward with his forearms against her desk. "I absolutely loathe Grammar. It's a secret though. That I actually like this class." He shrugged his shoulders. His friends would laugh at him and tease if they knew of his "passion" for English. Perhaps it was because of his English roots that made him see the subject in a different perspective.

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna didn't understand why he seemed so surprised. She was obsessed with photography, and music...not English and math. It just wasnt her thing. "Grammar is like impossible. Its always changing..." Always flowing...but people i guesscan't live like that ..she hummed in her mind, the song Just around the Riverbend from pochahontas popping into her brain. She was such a Disney addict it wasn't even funny. She knew every movie, song character, fact there is about Disney. Its crazy. She can't remember equations in math, but she can remember useless facts about Disney?? Dumb.

message 38: by rimskur (new)

rimskur He quirked a frown as he heard her hum a soft tune but couldn't recognize what it was. He seemed kind of put off by the random songs coming from her lips but made no suggestion to stop it. "I'm not big on grammar but I love discussing novels with Mr. Boyd. We go really deep into all the hidden symbols and descriptions." Sawyer retorted with a careless shrug. He didn't know why he spouted random and useless information to her and immediately wondered if she would go tell others about the weird senior on the soccer team who cared for English. None of his friends were really smart, most of them obsessed with the sports they played but he didn't complain. Friends were friends no matter how bizarre.

αsнłєy~3000 мıłєs~ | 404 comments Alexis walked onto English class. Thus was her first time in this class because she got taken out of her other English class and put in this one., She walked on and introduced herself to the teacher. The teacher tools her to sit anywhere. Alex walked to the back of the classroom and sat down. She didn't know anyone in this classroom.

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna froze when she realized she hummed that out loud. "Sorry...I'm a Disney addict, and what I said reminded me of a song off of pochahontas...." she turned a bright red, feeling so stupid. And like an idiot. She should just shut up and stop talking. "Oh yeah. Like when we read Les Miz, I got into the book a lot better because we were analyzing it and like actually studying it. It makes it a lot more interesting." Brenna agreed. He porbabky thought she was me freaky junior at had no clue what she was doing...and that she was immature and a freak. This is why she doesn't talk to people! She always screws it up. Every time. without fail.

message 41: by rimskur (new)

rimskur Sawyer nodded his head, a strange look on his face. He hadn't seen any Disney movies since he was in primary school and was surprised that someone of her age still did. He shrugged it off though as it wasn't any of his business what she did in her free time. "You've read Les Miserables? That was an incredible novel!" He exclaimed as she grabbed her attention again. He was skeptical of the girl at first but he seemed to be warming up to her. As he made a move to speak again, he noticed another figure walk into the classroom. Great, another face he didn't now. It was embarrassing to him to not know the people around him.

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

Brenna saw the weird look and was ready to crawl into a hole and never come out. Ever. In her life. "Yeah! Of course! The book totally beats the movie. But I have to Say, Anne Hathoway did a good job." she said with a shrug. Why was he so surprised? She may be a junior...sure...but she could read big books and be just as smart as he was. Gosh. She jumped slightly when she heard the door open. She waved lightly at the girl who walked in, not having a clue who she was. That wasn't New though. Brenna never knew anyone. Her shy personality often getting in the way.

message 43: by rimskur (last edited Feb 18, 2014 05:36PM) (new)

rimskur He shrugged his shoulders half-heartedly agreeing with her. "I can't say I liked the movie very much. The novel has me set on it rather than the newer versions." He tilted his head towards the front of the classroom as he realized the class was beginning. "Well, it was nice meeting you." Sawyer bowed his head slightly, before moving out of the desk in front of hers. He waved his fingers at her as he turned and traveled to the desk by the window where his belongings were set. He took a seat and pulled out materials for the class. The class was over after a fifty minute period of discussion over their class novel. He stayed behind briefly to ask a quick question on the chapters they had to read before slipping out of the classroom.
