Hi teamies! I can't wait till this starts.

I'm happy to cap'n unless someone else wants to! I'll try to think of some yellow name ideas. As far as strategy goes it really does work good when teams coordinate what they're claiming each week as much as possible.

I'm fine with you being captain, Jenne! :)

I'm also up for coordinating items as best we can. I've started looking through my books to see what items are going to be hard for me. So far, it's looking like fictional place might be a bit difficult.

Dystopians ought to be easy for fictional place.

Just remember if the setting of the book is in a fictional place it won't work because it has to be fictional to the characters of your book. If it is a real place to your characters then it won't count.

Oh and by the way I love Bananarama.

Is everyone good with coordinating our items? It really does work. In the past we've always listed what possible items our book has and try to coordinate them and also try to get the harder items out of the way early on. Bonuses are a must IMO they really can save your butt at the end if the categories work against us. Like SA fictional city is going to be a toughie.

I defer to whatever works.

Coordinating worked well last round, so that works for me!

I'm also up for trying to coordinate our items as best as we can.

How does coordination work? I am planning to read this week.

If you already have the ebook search your ereader for the words. If not you can search on Amazon under the look inside feature. When you use amazon make sure you're looking at the paperback/hardcover edition. Then come back here and list what you could claim. I'm fixing to do the same right now and you can see an example.

Ok I can claim besides wing and dog:

hunter, thief, prince, princess, brother, sister, grandma

dream, long hair, nudity, story, wind, unusual name, not sure on fictional place or fictional person without reading it

shoe, flying ship, tree, mattress, statue, key, lamp, apples, bridge

btw I'm flexible and can change my book if I need to.

I'm trying to decide between 2 books at the moment. Neither one has hunter or thief, but I could do any of the other items Jenne mentioned.

I'm a little confused... We can claim things outside what is called? Outside of dog and wing (i understand about the bonuses being time sensitive), we can claim other items that have yet to be called?

It looks like we can all claim
Brother,Dream and Apple besides Dog and Wings
