Book Fiends Anonymous discussion

Alright so I have read to Ch10 so far(have not read 10 yet). And so far I love it! I can already tell this is going to be a book that's hard to put down.
couple things:
1. Why is Jud so sprite and seemingly healthy for his old age? He smokes unfiltered cigarettes!!!!!
2. Ughhhh I can already tell Rachel is going to bugging me. I agree with Louis that death is "naturally" and that if their daughter is old enough to know where babies come from she is definitely old enough to know about death. Especially since life is fragile as an Louis put it "literally anything can happen." I understand she went through something traumatizing (her sister Zelda dying when she was young)...but don't you think she'd want Ellie to be more prepared than that?! Makes me wonder what Zach and I are going to disagree on when it comes to raising our children (when and if that happens of course!!).

I do wish it was on kindle though. It's hard to read and eat with a real book lol.

lol.. you summed it perfectly.. they are a young couple and having someone close by is good for them. All parents disagree about some things but of you love your kids I think you have to set expectations of them otherwise there is no goal to achieve.

I really wish it was on kindle .. I can't really turn on the light at 4 am..ok I can but that makes for a grumpy Larry bear =]

I am a little weird-ed out that they keep the path mowed .... I mean is it really that traveled?? That means that peeps are doing it like weekly or every other week
I love how King also ALWAYS seems to bring Derry into almost every book he writes. I have read about it so often that I had to check and see if its real or not.

But yes very creepy then keep it mowed! And the over turn that looks like it was placed there!!!

I seriously can't get over Jud though... He's hiding something
