I need someone who is InDesign savvy to prepare a print-ready .pdf file of my book. I've already designed the cover and and how the content will look. I just need the file. (Well, one for the cover and one for the content.) I'm going to have a few advanced copies printed. (I'm looking online for companies that prepare that type of file using that program, but for some reason I'm not finding what I need -- just a bunch of DIY pages.) Thanks if anyone can help.
