Writing Passionates discussion

I'm sure you've all played this game at some point or other! Basically you are allowed to add one sentence to the story at a time (no double posts!) and we watch as a really bizarre story unfolds! for clarification, run ons, unfinished sentences and excessive comma/semi-colon use are OK

here goes!!

The frog stared wistfully at his reflection in the antique vase, contemplating the answer to one of the most important questions of his life:

Should I eat the fly, or is it poisonous?

If it is poisonous, would it be tasty enough to be worthwhile?

It didn't matter, I need sustenance to finish this task.

The task that was both daunting and exciting, he needed to overthrow the Frog king.
(hehehe)

The frog unleashed his toungue (which he fondly called 'Snatcher') to eat the fly, only to have it get caught on the leaves of a hungry venus flytrap.
:)

Effing fly, he thought to himself.

(hey, I remember this!)

The fly proceeded to buzz around the frog's ensnared tongue, gloating, "Look who's trying to overthrow the Frog King!"

"Not so much overthrowing, more like taking my rightful place," replied the jealous Frog Prince.

The Frog Prince turned a shade of puce as the fly squeaked, "What makes you think you'll be a better ruler than your adoptive brother?"

"Well, because it takes a TRUE frog to reign over the Frog Kingdom, and he is a TOAD!"yelled the Frog Prince.

^haha, nice!

Just then, a frog named Chelsea hopped by, giving the Frog Prince a look that made him want to melt with embarrassment.

Because, you see, he was in love with Chelsea, and wanted her to love him back, so he was always trying to impress her with his rapier wit (or so he thought), and amazing fencing skills (again, in his opinion).
