Nothing can ever be like the real book. But kindle prices are so much cheaper. What is your preference?

I have always loved real books more than books on my Kindle app on my phone, but it is more convenient to read on my phone if I want to than it is to bring a book. Unless I am at school, there I have to bring the book and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Like I said I prefer the real book to the ones on electronic devices.
Yes there's something about the actual book a device can't be
I think it would be the value of being able to hold it close, smell it and then possibly cry and not having to worry about being electricuted by it! And yes I did say smell it because I am just weird like that! ;)
No it's not weird ,well maybe it is ,we can be weird together then cuz when I get a new book that's the first thing I appreciate
Hahaha! Yes! I'm not the only one!! I love people I can be weird with! Most of my friends at school don't read, so I can be weird with books with them!
Real book definitely. Real books have the texture and smell. And don't forget the satisfaction of turning pages faster and faster as you finish and the satisfaction of looking at all the bookmarks you put in your favorite spots. Or just the the gorgeous view your bookshelf is when you look at all the books you've bought from the book addiction we share. :D
Okay I think that is the winning comment! Because I absolutely love walking into my room and immediately looking at my books. They are my pride and joy!!
Yes my bookshelf is my prized possesion
So is mine. I don't like anyone touching my book, I won't even let my family (not like they do) I'm the only one in my family that reads, they all find it boring.
Oh! Most of my family (in my house) read! Except my baby sister and my dad. My mom and I usually read the same books, weird right!?! So she kinda has to touch my prize possession, but she doesn't grab them she always asks me like she's suppose to. Okay yeah not.
Sometimes I'll ask them if they want to borrow a book when they say their bored but I know they'll say no. I never actually seen any of my family members read a book berfore.
Oh wow! They are missing out on all the feels and anxiety of having to wait, sometimes, a whole year for the next book in a series! Haha.....
Real book. I can't take ebooks to school and trying to read on them gives me a headache.
I don't care which! I just love to read. I have a Nook which I read on a lot but I also have regular books at home and I frequent the library. Either way, for me personally, doesn't make a difference.
Yes so true as long as I can read
I like to have a physical book better than an ebook. I have nothing against ebooks, I've read 2-3 books that way. Yet I still prefer having the book in my hands.
Book: I love the physical book because I love having in my hands especially hardcover! Ebook: I love having all my books in one electronic. Since having like 20 books in my bag is physically impossible so yeah!!
I love having a physical book in my hands. I have nothing against ebooks but I like regular books better.
Real books. They are so much better. Go to Goodwill and buy books because they are in good shape for a super low price.
Real books for sure! I mean, having a bunch of ebooks that I could read any time anywhere without having to carry around like five-ten books at once would be nice. But there's just nothing like holding a book, it feels amazing.
I love my bookshelf! It can never be the same looking at the titles listed on my kindle. It is so much more exciting getting a new actual book than having a book delivered to the kindle, too. I love going to book shops. It may be wierd, but I also like how I can see what other people are reading and they me when we use real books. Yet ebooks are so much easier to buy and read, and carry. I can visit a book shop from my house, don't have to turn pages awkwardly reading in bed, can adjust the text size and see how long the chapter is going to take to read. I don't have to be undecided as to what book to take to school, I can just take my kindle. For me, it is convinience v "proper, most enjoyable experience". I read an equal amount of real and ebooks, but barely ever buy real books because the electronic is creeper. I think what matters all in all, is the words I am reading.
I really hope in the future they don't stop making real books. There is nothing quite the same.
