It's that time of the month again! Please nominate a YA historical fiction book that you'd like to read for next month. Thanks :-) We will pick 2 books this time since there was a good response for it this month!

Abby I think it would be really cool to go with a classic this month; something like North and South would be nice. (Have you seen the North and South mini series? THAT would be a thread-starter for sure!) I've also had my eye on I am Rembrandt's Daughter. I am excited to start reading another amazing book with the club!

Having a classic is a great idea :-) it's not exactly YA, but books like that are on high school reading lists so it should be okay to put it in the poll ;-)

QNPoohBear | 120 comments A lot of classics are considered young adult because they feature teenage characters and coming of age plots. They also appeal to adults with teenagers because they're considered safe and educational.
