Do you think there should be sequel to The Longest Ride? Like story on Luke and Sophia journey in life after the art show.
There should always be a sequel to a Nicholas Sparks novel!
i would love to see a sequel to this book along with a movie. i absolutley loved this book.
no sequel - their story was told - besides i'd be afraid if he did write a sequel someone would die, since that seems to be his standard MO when it comes to books
No way. I enjoyed reading it and feel as though with the ending, everything is going to be fine and we all know what twist it was if you read it! I think the story is completely told, including Ira's which annoyed me at times. Nice idea though. I found the ending to be interesting...and especially since he knew it first and wanted to really keep it. The final ending in the epilogue however, that I found very cheesy and probably wasn't necessary. It did seem very obvious when the ending was unfolding.
i totally fell in love with this story!!
i know that it will not a sequel but is there some fanfics about the story??

I don't think so... I was going back and forth for awhile on whether or not I liked the book. I thought Sophia and Luke's story was sort of boring, but I loved Ira and Ruth. I think the way it ended was great. It should leave it at that and leave it up to the reader to come up with the ever after.
I can't really see what a sequel could accomplish, it would most likely be doomed to treat over the same ground - he essentially told all there is to it, in the alternating storylines between Ira & Ruth, and Sophia & Luke.
There should be a sequel to the longest ride movie it's weird to leave the young couple kissing in the pond at black mountain college and after she just opened up a museum of ira and Ruth.

I think if there was a sequel of the story the whole magic would disappear because someone would die.
Oh, this is a very beautiful story! Which opened my eyes to many things. My feelings are more open in the review look at this now that I read right after I read the book.
I would really like that this story went on.
