Woah ~

The weather didn't disappoint Clarence. Cloudy and with breeze, just how he liked it.

They were walking on the soft moist grass now, on the side were surrounded by flowers, where a lone blue rose in the midst of red ones caught his attention.

"So," he began ,"tell me about yourself."

Clarence had clearly ran out of topics, he mentally facepalmed himself.

"Well, it's not like I have anyone to tell to," he shrugged.

"Jaqueline," he mused. "Nice name. You know, if I hear Jaqueline, it makes me think of a French dancer."

He stopped and walked back to the blue rose and picked it. Then went back to Jace and offered it to her. "Here," he said with a slightly embarrassed smile.

"Yeah, I find everything unique beautiful." His eyes were in the clouds as he spoke.

((Gotta go.. gotta sleep..I'll try to be online tomorrow.. Bye))

It was dark already. The stars were shining and the moon casts its silvery glow on everything it touches. Then Clarence remembered something. He turned to Jace and said,"Come on..."

((Hey.. I'm back... So, how have you been?))

((Ouch ,, angelo's not On yet. ))

((Sorry, Rainpelt.. Been a little busy these past few days... ))

((Would I be considered as evil if I don't feel any sympathy towards you, Ice? If yes, then, I can live with that. ))

Clarence lead her to a narrow pathway between two ancient-looking walls, which were covered in foliage of plants with green flowers blooming.

They entered what would be like a secret place. It was about 10m by 10. When you look up, you see the starry night sky and in the middle, on the green grass, a white bud about the size of a cup was close to blooming.

Clarence checked his watch. 11:58. Clarence was almost stunned. They hadn't felt the time had passed so quickly. He was nervous too. Partly because, he wasn't sure if today was really the day of the flower's blooming. Maybe he had miscalculated. And partly because, if he had miscalculated, he'll be so embarrassed.

He exhaled and said, almost nervously,"H-here we are."

((Yeah ,, do that ,, FUDGE ?! Can u please not ignore me ? i feel sick already ,,))

((Go away, Ice. ))

"Do you, uh, like it?" Clarence asked her, silently praying that she does. Dear God, save me from embarrassment.

((,,waahh DEAR GOD PLEASE SAVE FROM THIS LOVER BIRDS))

((Would you just go away? I don't care if you're a Mod, but please GO AWAY!))

((Okay ,, *Pouts* fudge you))

Clarence exhaled with relief, and smiled and looked at her. "Yeah. One of my favorites."

Then he glanced at the bud. It had started to glow.

"Jace," he whispered almost excitedly. He gestured at the bud.

((It's alright... ))

12:00.
The bud opened and bloomed to a beautiful white flower. Clarence beamed.

He watched her, and smiled, clearly amused. He sat down the grass a foot behind her. "It's called the Venus Luna," he explained. "Or moon flower, as others tend to call it. I suppose you get why." He smiled kindly at her.

"It's getting late you know," he began. "Aren't you tired yet?"

Clarence rubbed his eyes. "You want to stick around here for a while?"

((It's alright... hey, I just remembered, didn't you tell me not to say "Sorry" too much?? The same goes for you too. ))

"Nah," he said, his head in his hands,"I'll stay up with you, if you want."

A few moments passed and Clarence has dozed into sleep..

Clarence had slumped and flinched awake. "I'm awake."

(( sorry for being so lousy... I'm multi-tasking... ))

Clarence yawned and put his head on his hand. "You know," he said with a sleepy voice,"you look prettier when you -" - it was broken by a yawn - " -smile... You should smile more..." He fell asleep again.

Clarence felt the same sensation when he levitated himself using his telekinesis. Only this time, it was more controlled and precise. He realized he wasn't concentrating, so how can he lift himself up from the ground?
He jolted awake.

((Thanks... I'm done.. And, I've made the dorm.. In case..))

Clarence gulped. "Y-yeah... Very..."

"Yeah, watch out for the clouds," he said, the sarcasm drowned by his nervous laugh.

The view of the castle was amazing. The lake sparkled as it reflected the starry skies. Clarence felt the cold air prickling his skin, but he didn't care. Even his drowsiness were slowly fading away.

"Y-yeah, a bit," then he added hastily,"N-no!! No need! P-please!"
He felt as if his stomach did a backflip, as they flew faster.

Clarence didn't want to spoil the experience of flying and seeing Arden from the clouds, but he's afraid he'll be losing his dinner if they didn't land soon. "Uh, J-jace," he began, "P-please p-put me d-down."

Clarence stumbled to the ground. He could kiss it.
When he turned back to Jace, he was in awe. She had angel wings, and indeed, she looked angelic. "Wow..."

His eyes never left her. "Y-yeah."
He got a grip of himself, he added quickly,"but, please, don't go lifting me again. I-I'm kinda...uneasy about having my feet off the ground." He let a nervous laugh escape his lips.

Clarence dreaded the idea about flying again. Sure, the view was great, but...
He looked up to Jace, she looked beautiful, scar or no scar.
"...."

((Hey... I'm feeling a bit better, thanks. I'm so sorry to keep you waiting.
It's such a short post, but.. I don't really have time...
Sorry again... ))

((thanks... I'll be on for an hour at least. Thank goodness my mom let me... ))

He blinked and inclined his head,baffled. "I'm sorry? What do you mean?"

"A human, I guess?" Clarence said, amused. "Do I look like I would sprout wings or another pair of arms or something?"

((Hey. I am. Thank you. ))

Clarence returned the smile. He pondered at the thought of turning himself into an elephant and laughed at the idea. He smiled at her warmly and said,"No. But, well, my magic is Memoriae, more on the mind. I have telekinesis, and perfect memory."

((Rainpelt, if you're in school, there's no need for you to reply. I can wait. Just tell me. ))

Clarence looked down,"Nah. Sometimes. It's not good enough in offensive combat, though. I can shield anyone, weaken attacks, but ...," he shrugged. He looked up to her, and smiled.

"You serious?" Clarence looked at her incredulously. "Nah, I don't want to endanger somebody for my sake, much less fight for me."
He looked at her and smiled playfully,"Especially not a girl."

((Really, Rain. You'll get in trouble.. And, I don't want that...))

He gave a slight chuckle and caught her hand. She pulled her to the grass beside him. He smiled at her,"I know you're not."

((It's fine. I fell asleep. When I got back, unexpected things happened...))

Clarence didn't completely understand what he was doing but, he reached for his necklace and brought it out. It was a small silver pendant , decorated with small gems carved to resemble a slim rune of protection.
He felt he could trust her somehow, and therefore told her about his weakness. "This is my Auxilium, my protection. My powers comes from here."
