Carmine Di Giandomenico. Not familiar with his work but I like it here. It's more stylized than Sook's I think and there seems to be a kind of a "sleek" feeling /atmosphere to the some of the art, perhaps to fit in thematically with them having a high-powered big business funding/running the team.
It's led by Polaris, with Gambit and Quicksilver added so far. The cover for issue #1 shows two other characters, but one's hooded and the last unidentified. I think there's to be a sixth member as well.
Read issue 1 and was pleasantly surprised.Liked how the team is starting small and going to build up to the team we see on the cover, everyone was introduced nicely and I like the art.
Yeah, we al know the corporate guy is up to something, but I enjoyed finding an X-title that I could read and didn't feel like I needed to go do research to figure out who everyone was.

Anyone else planning on picking this up? I just read the first two issues and so far I like. Good cast choices and Peter David's already doing some neat things with them development-wise.
The different team "foundations" in each of Peter's X-Factor series is a neat hook. The first team was government sponsored, the second a private detective agency, and this one has a corporate sponsor. It'll be interesting to see how true the company (Serval Industries) is to the explanation/motto "we specialize in helping people."
The fact that their appointed team leader is largely considered insane and her first two recruits are someone largely considered evil and a thief should make it a very interesting question.
