Thanks for posting this, Randolph. After reading Anderson’s blog, I picked up a relatively cheap copy of Alexander Kinghorn’s Thirteen Ghost Stories, which Anderson describes as “following the example of M. R. James”. (The book is obscure enough that it doesn’t currently have a Goodreads entry.) Let you know what I think when it arrives.
