Justine Laismith (justinelaismith) | 25 comments There is a local writers' group on Meetup.com, who meet about once a month and you can volunteer to share about a few pages of your writing and get feedback Alternatively, on Goodreads there is a beta-readers group, you just put up what your book is about and what feedback you're looking for, and people will offer to read for free if it's up their street.

Lorraine Koh | 11 comments Maybe you can tell us what is your book about? Maybe just the genre?

Actually, you may be more comfortable if you have a friend (preferably very good at English, or even better, works as an editor) but more importantly, understands/likes the genre you are writing about, to have a look.
