A book hangover is when you've finished a book and you suddenly return to the real world, but the real world feels incomplete or surreal because you're still living in the world of the book.

OMG! I have had that happen to me! When I finished Allegiant, I was like, in this dark place that I couldn;t seem to get out of, I was DEVASTATED by the end of the book! I just couldn't believe that had actually happened.
