With films, books, and especially music; it's the release year I love to see. Here are my ideas. The first, a Canadian youth adventure, I'm presently reading. I bet I could do all greens!
“The Green Gables Detective” Eric Wilson, 1987
“The Cold Blue Blood” David Handler, 2001
“The Secret Of Red Gate Farm” Mildred A. Wirt, 1931
“Mystery Of The Golden Horn” Phyllis A. Whitney, 1962
“Gunpowder Green” Laura Childs, 2002
“The Man In The Brown Suit” Agatha Christie, 1924
“The Witch Of Blackbird Pond” Elizabeth George Speare, 1958
“The Black-Eyed Stranger” Charlotte Armstrong, 1951
“The Pink Hot Farmhouse” David Handler, 2002
“Grey Stones” Antonia Lamb, 1966

Just finished the review of my first "colour" book and I want to brag about it :DWhite Thirst
I didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped, but it is still a finish :)
I am also adding a new book to my colour to read list. I just found this on my TBR pile and immediately thought of you and your kitty! :D The title is "The secret of the Orange Cat" and it is written by 10 authors all over the world who mailed themselves the unfinished text after writing one chapter each. My translated edition is from 1970, but I couldn't find much more info.
Nina, I would love to read that! Please add it to this group's bookshelf. If it's in English somewhere, I'll find it. I love work from the 1970s and beyond!!!! Also if you are glad to remove "White Thirst" from your shelf, I bet you'll use it for "Guilty Reads". Lord knows I have many candidates for your returning theme.
I figured it may sparkle your interest, given the publishing date, lol! I added it (I think) to the shelf :D One of the authors, Friedrich Feld (unsure of spelling) is said to be from England... so I guess there is a chance there is an English edition too, tho I couldn't find any info. I hope to read it soon and share some opinions :D
I hope you like the review pages for all three groups. "My Kind Of Mystery" goes by author last name, "Gentle Spectrums" is obivous, and "Ethereal" is divided into enchanting topics. :) We'll all have fun filling the review buttons with our imaginary journeys. You may use the same title for 'quintupled'. It's a different game.
Have you considered John D. MacDonald's Travis McGee mysteries? They all feature a color in the title. Since I know Carolyn likes to read series in order, here is a link to the series page - the first book was published in 1964 and is called The Deep Blue Good-By and there are 21 books in the series so lots of different colors!
It's nice that you are warming up the group, Leslie! It is very sweet, that you know some of my tendencies. :) I'm rolling with authors I already own but it's a fantastic example and my eye will certainly watch for him at sales.

Yes, I suspected as much but maybe somebody else doing the challenge can use one or more :)
