I just noticed that Keeper of the Keys is a short story, not a novel. I will take it off the list above. So, I am closer to goal than I thought. :D
I am all over this challenge! Thanks for setting this up! She is one of my absolute favorite authors. I've not read everything she's written (yet) BUT I have enjoyed everything I've read by her thus far! :)

Narrow it down to a favorite! Oh my!!! This is extremely hard for me but...so far...Sugar and its sequel This Bitter Earth and, of course, Gathering of Waters.

Definitely Sugar. I think it was by far her most interesting and her best storytelling.

MUST..KEEP...EYE...OUT...FOR... BOOK OF HARLAN...!!!!!
Now I really need to get crackin on finishing them all. I have 3 more to go!
I almost want to make one of those posts filled with animated gifs like the YA fans do...well almost. LOL
Well even though I didnt like the last couple of books she wrote I'm still a fan so I'll be checking for her next one.
Listen up all you McFadden fans! The Book of Harlan will be out in 2015!
Here is her blog post about it

She says it's her longest book yet. Maybe I won't have to complain about wanting MORE this time.
I have to say I haven't been impressed with her books past Sugar. But I'm definitely gonna give it a chance.

I think the wait is almost over.
The Book of Harlan has an actual pub date, cover, being promoted etc.
It is about 400 pages.
She says it..."
This month I will have officially read ALL of Bernice McFadden's novels. I picked up the few I haven't read at the library today.
