This was what I expected from reading John Green's other books and I am okay with that. He has a formula. he has character types. You know what you are going to get with John Green and if you are okay with that, you will probably enjoy his books.

With this type of book I think you have to be ready for an easy read that aims to entertain and not necessarily make you think. If you want a deep, moving experience, I think you will go away disappointed.

I honestly could not finish this book. Despite the fact that it was an easy read the teenage drama had me dreading another word at times. I even skipped a few pages to make it to the end of the chapter I was in and then called it quits.
I can understand this. While I do enjoy John Green, I read another book of his right after this (An Abundance of Katherines) and it was too much all at once.
