Hi! I just joined. I've been riding for 2 years and to Hunter/Jumper. I can walk trot, canter, and jump about 18"

Coolz! I ride hunter/jumper too! But I think I'm going to switch to eventing. In shows, I jump 18", but I jump 2'3" in lessons.

sweet. I have been doin hunter/jumper for a couple of weeks. lol. But i rode western for a year or so. I can walk, trot, and canter in hunter/jumper....lol i am so beginner!
(but in western i am pretty advanced. not to brag)

Me too! I mean, I a bit better with form and stuff in western, not more experienced. LoL

Good! And we did a bounce during lessons yesterday. SO FREAKIN HARD THE FIRST TIME!!!

What's a bounce?

It's when you jump a jump, land, and jump again.

I just had my first ride on Jessie in our lease!

Cool! I am looking forward to doing bounces, I have to use the jumping arena, but we use it as a paddock, so I have to get there when there isn't a horse in there.

Yo, you don't ride hunter/jumpers, you ride Hunters.

Yeah lol I am just so used to hearing Hunter/Jumper i automatically type it. But what I meant to say is that I ride in a hunt seat.....
