Okay! So I know this is not for all our members, but the majority are from the U.S. So what die you guys do to celebrate? Or, if you don't celebrate on the 4th of July (cause you don't or other country), what did ya do?

My family blew up stuff! It was fun! I think we had the best fireworks in the neighborhood.

I wanted to dress up as a lolita, and walk around and get funny looks. but sadly i just got to go to my grandpa's and watch a 30 minute fireworks show. it was very good.

My day started bright and early... we always have a neighborhood breakfast with LOTS of food... then I went to my aunts house that has a pool and I promptly got really sun burned! Then we had a lovely BBQ and then I went home... I played games with my family and listened to the fireworks... (I was too lazy to move to where I could see them....) most definitely my favorite holiday... that and the 24th of July.... which only people in Utah celebrate...

What is that?

I woke up late, hard to sleep with early fireworks. We had to...Clean! Yes, clean. I folded clothes and then got dressed, because at one, my cousins were coming over. They played in the pool outback with my sis, while us(including me) adults watched and laughed. Log is only 3 or 4 and is hysterical. They left about 4, and I went to my room and read. Grandpa, my Uncle, and other cousin, came over and rode the minibike and other motorvehicles in our pasture. Then we ate dinner, and went to set up for fireworks. It was awesome. My Dad's work friend came while the guys were setting up. She's nice. She brought food, (and chocolate!). Grandpa left early because he was sore. And the grand finales was the one my Dad got. it was big and cool. And my uncle's was illegal. It shot overhead! Right over us! And burst like the ones you see on TV.

I wish we celebrated the 4th July!!

Well it was my dogs 10th birhday! But I spent the whole weekend away helping out with the scouts! I am a part time leader with them now, I go to most their camps and do the evening games! I had so much fun too though lol! :):)

Oh! You could tell us how you celebrate some of your holidays.

Clara. We were flying into Nashville the night of July 4th so we saw the fireworks from the plane!

I didn't feel like doing bolds!

Bolds take too long... the 24 of July is a holiday that we in Utah celebrate because that is the day the Mormon pioneers came into the valley... so of course we just use it as an excuse to party..... I too want to know what celebrations happen in Ireland.... tell us all....

Ok, what time of the year you want to know about cause it would take to long to do the whole year! hmm well actually now I think about it, it probably wouldn't!! Well there is September (the most bestest month!! :D:D ) And all Ireland should celebrate my birthday!! (haha not really!) Well September everyone goes back to school and the first hols is October 31st - Halloween! That’s the only one with fireworks usually! Some people celebrate it on November 7th, but that is usually in England and Wales rather than here! Then next big hols is Christmas and New Year, then we usually get a half term break around Valentines (plus school formals around that time (that’s prom for you guys!!)) Then St. Patrick’s March 17th, I'm guessing most you know that one...? (We'll it is in celebration of the day St. Patrick brought Christianity to Ireland!) It’s usually celebrated by everyone wearing something green and a lot of parades and fairs and stuff like that! Next is Easter, then summer! Pretty much nearly all of Ireland is Christian denominations, in July (12th and 13th) there is a kind of rivalry thing that happens were Catholics and Protestants end up fighting but it is no were near as bad as it was now than when my parents were kids! Like there are a lot of integrated schools and stuff now and people care less!
Well that’s about all I can think off on top of my head..!

We definitely celebrate St. Patricks day here. My mom's family is all Irish, so my brother wears a 'shamrock': actually wood sorrel pin thing and my sister and I have to wear white flowers in our hair, and my mom wears blue flowers and we have this whole feast thing and it gets king-of annoying.

I just try to remember to wear green. LOL.

my eyes are green, so i don't really care anymore, and also, if anyone pinches me they will feel PAIN! or die. or be sent to nicoragua.

Allison if you eat lots of sugar...then eat lots more...what happens? I can't decide if your the kind of person who would go like mad hyper or not change lol?!

ummmmmmmmmmmm I think that it depends. I can be very annoying, or hyper, but that is only with certain people, so I don't change unless I really feel like it. and i only do that with the people that already know that I am crazy.

it was just about 29 minutes after the question, and i guess at 5 i am ready, to be serious because i know i am about to or have already gotten food. (wow that sounds like animals in a zoo!) ummmmmmmm yeah, you know i don't know why i type ummmmmm it is sooo taxing on your finger and wrist muscles! don't you hate it when you are doing something with your fingers and then your wrist starts hurting because of it! i really want to see the physics in that! oh and have you heard of stumbleupon.com it is fun!

oh and my tv watching just got interrupted by a civil authorities child abduction emergency. and it is very annoying and has the annoying emergency sounds and it is reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally annoying!!!!!!!!1


sorry, i just had to spew what i was thinking. i don't usually get to do that unless i am on the phone with Autumn.

(Autumn, please comment on how random i am on the phone so that they understand the randomness that goes on during our phone conversations and oh it is okay if you do not answer this until the weekend cause of your camp)

yeah, soooooo i guess today i am in a random mood.

i should totally start a topic about guessing what mood i am in judging by my posts that day. in some group, either my group or this one. i don't really care, it would just be really entertaining for me.

Wow. That really did seem like one our phone conversations. I'm serious. She'll be on the phone, and on the computer looking at random stuff or watching tv. It is so entertaining.

Hey, I have thrown up through my nose and mouth at the same time. It was gross. And it hurt really bad. Even worse then getting milk up your nose. But I'm not sure about soda. It's probably nott as bad as soda.

i had guard from 1-9 pm today, but i had to leave at 5 for cheer from 6-8 in a metal gym. talk about heat! 36 people in a room sweating, and producing heat in a METAL gym. i am still sweating.
