♛ In the year 4067, a mutant virus overtook the world, killing everywhere it went. Quarantines and medicine did nothing to stop it as it spread through the continents, killing billions. The people that did survive, only a few thousand, all developed powers, falling under six categories: Mentals, Elementals, Shifters and Mimickers, Enhanced, Healers and Techno's. But their powers turned out to have negative effects, causing death and destruction whenever people of different types were together for too long, and creating out of control mutant children that had to be put down. So they separated, each power type forming their own kingdoms, far away from each other. The kingdoms were called Aalihan, Brallan, Krypton, Rireveth, Asteria, and Kaydian. These kingdoms were far apart, the land in between them dry and infertile. The kingdoms were self-supporting, with only a little trade in between them. Until one type mixed, a trader staying to long in a kingdom not their own. That kingdom started to fall apart, and, blaming the traitor, they killed her, before declaring war on her kingdom.
• ＳＥＴＴＩＮＧ •
Time Period The time period is 5012, far in the future. The clothing styles are different, usually very simple and practical. Monarchs however, are expected to dress very fancily and beautifully. Landscape • The country that the kingdoms are set in is the United States, where most of the surviving members of society lived.
• The six kingdoms are very far apart, some in the southern part of the US and others far north.
• There are rivers and streams, beaches, lakes and oceans. Water is a readily available resource. The first water elementals replenished the dry land when the kingdoms were created, it took a few months for them to accomplish it, but they did it and there is plenty of water throughout the six kingdoms.
• Because of all the natural disasters and well, the apocalypse, the world is dead and dry with little vegetation, although in the kingdoms, it isn't so bad, as they regrew trees plants and food crops.
• ＫＩＮＧＤＯＭＳ •
The Kingdom of Aalihan Aalihan is the home of the healers. They live in what used to be LA, California, in the nice warm sunshine. Most Aalihan's have the ability to heal others, or heal themselves. The kingdom of Aalihan is a peaceful one, as it is where the healers reside. Their part in the war is neutral, but they are trying to put a stop to it. The Kingdom of Brallan Brallan is home to the technologically advanced technos. Most of the inhabitants have the power to manipulate technology or electricity, and some have extremely advanced intelligence so they take on a sort of scientist role in the new world. Brallan is what used to be Washington DC. This kingdom is in charge of making anything that has to do with technology. They are also somewhat neutral in the war. The Kingdom of Krypton Krypton is home to all the 'superheroes' or the enhanced. Their powers include flight, invisibility, super speed, super strength... Hence their nickname throughout the world as the 'superheroes'. This kingdom is one of fighters, but they're also very fun and outgoing as well. Their role in the war is minimal, but it's there, and they're working (long distantly of course) with the Brallan's and Aalihan's to stop the fighting. The Kingdom of Rireveth Rivereth is home to all the elemental users. They draw their power from the four elements: water, earth, fire and air. Water users can make their own water, as well as fire users who can make their own fire, but air and earth users need to use their surroundings and manipulate them. Rivereth is located in Miami, Florida. They are one of the reasons for the war. When a mental stayed in Rivereth for too long, their kingdom started to collapse, so the water supply started to go down. They decided the quickest way to get rid of the problem was to kill the intruder. They declared war on the mentals kingdom: Asteria. The Kingdom of Asteria This kingdom is home to the survivors with mental powers such as precognition, telepathy, emotion manipulation and telekinesis. They are a wistful and usually peaceful kingdom, but now they are at war with the Rireveths. A young girl who was sent on a trade in the other kingdom stayed too long, causing destruction, then she was executed because of it. The Asterians were outraged at the declaration of war, and for a while they were ignorant, they just ignored it. Then the elementals attacked. They had no choice but to fight back. The Kingdom of Kaydian Kaydian is home to the shapeshifters and mimickers. They have the power to mimic other people's actions perfectly or shapeshift into animals or humans. They are fighters as well, like the Krypton's and Rireveth's. Kaydian is located in New Orleans. Their part in the war is minimal, and they prefer to just keep out of their business. • ＨＯＬＩＤＡＹＳ •
They have the traditional Holidays, but there's a new addition as well. The day they made the kingdoms is celebrated and is known throughout the six kingdoms as New World Day. New World Day takes place on June 30th, and the Royal's in each kingdom throw New World Day festivals every year. EVeryone gets the day off, on New World Day, and it is common courtesy to give small gifts to loved ones on this special day.
• ＬＩＦＥＳＴＹＬＥ •
When the survivors created all six kingdoms, Aalihan, Brallan, Krypton, Rireveth, Asteria, and Kaydian, the cities they picked out were completely random. Because of the disaster the apocalypse caused, the cities were pretty much deserted and dead. Tall empty buildings scattered about, dead grass and trees in the parks, there wasn't any electricity, garbage littered the ground along with dead bodies... It was a horrible sight. They got through it though, and created a new lifestyle for themselves. The cleaned up the cities as best as they could, they gave people with certain skill sets jobs that matched them, and started to regrow crops for food sources. Now, citizens apply for jobs, go to school, and live a normal life within their kingdom. There aren't as many options to choose from, here are some examples of jobs: • Speciality Doctors, Nurses, Psychiatrists and Psychologists etc. • Teachers, Education Jobs • Law Enforcement • Entertainers
