Dumbledore's Army discussion

I always like her. She's clever, brave, strong, and despite outer appearances of always being rigid, she's quite soft hearted and caring.

She has the leadership to be the head of Gryffindor. I lyk how McGonagall was on Dumbledore's side about Sirus and rebelling against Umbridge.

If you're a good student, she's really not that bad, unlike Snape, who that if he doesn't lyk you, he will pick on you and give you bad grades. And if he lyks you, he will give you good grades even if you did really bad.

I don't think Snape gives Crabbe and Goyle particularly good grades.

But he doesn't fail them as he does with Neville or Ron.

Ron and Neville's grades allow them to graduate each year, though. Neville's good herbology grades are supposed to make up for his abyssmal potions ones. I wonder what you exactly need to achieve to move on to the next year. OWLs and NEWTs are what really matters. Snape puts Crabbe and Goyle in detention for not completing homework and he refers to them failing their OWLs and says they need to work harder.

And that is saying......?

McGonagall is awesome. She reminds me of my history teacher a bit. She is one of my favorite Hogwarts teachers.
