Pandy | 637 comments Yeah. We don't really know him, but we learn he is kind and merry - he wants to give Peeves another chance and allow him to the openeing feast in Harry's first year. He probably has the characteristics of those in Hufflepuff house (i.e. hardworking, loyalty).
