Here is the spoilery discussion for Chapters 21-30!

since this is the spoilery thread i feel safe asking What is the deal with this actress "gf"...there must be a catch but i haven't gotten that far. I really am starting to love Xander. Btw I'm loving this book

I LOVE Xander and I trust him as a character so I was so suspicious of this sudden girlfriend. I won't say any more if you're not there though!

My thoughts after this section:

AWH! Xander is such a sweetie! Taking Caymen to the college to see if she's like to pursue a degree in science!

LOL @ the Starz magazine incident!

Why didn't she just let the kissing and flirting happen while on the private jet?!

My questions after this section:

1. Mom has an ultrasound; is she pregnant? Or do you think it is more serious than that?
2. Do you think her mom is hiding more than her health?
3. Do you think that Caymen's dad has tried to find her? Maybe the guy in the SUV was a lawyer or a P.I.?
4. Do you think Caymen will end up going to the benefit?
5. Are you happy that Caymen is finally accepting the possibility of her and Xander?

1. My first thought was cancer but I'm morbid like that.
2. Absolutely, she's been lying since we first saw her on the page!
3. I'll admit that it never crossed my mind that her dad might be trying to find her as I read this.
4. Of course! Who would pass up the chance to dance with Xander haha lol.
5. Yes, absolutely!! They're a cute couple!

hahahaha I thought cancer too! I guess we're both morbid like that. lmfao.

1. Oh my gosh, this surprised me so much! I thought she had cancer! I never assume pregnancy when it's not the main character (or their friends). I still think she has cancer. It's possible that the guy, Matthew, who keeps showing up could be a lawyer helping her get everything secure so that if she dies, she has all her affairs in order.

2. I honestly haven't given it much though. But probably. Mainly about her dad. Caymen is overthinking it. I think she assumes her mother is dating and pregnant, but it is more serious than that. In the beginning, I would have been fine with Caymen getting this wake-up call but now I am starting to like her and don't want her mom to die.

3. Yeah, I think he has tried to find her. If Matthew isn't her mother's lawyer (because they don't have tons of money) it could be her father's lawyer because he is trying to find her. I don't think Matthew is her father though.

4. Absolutely. And she's going to wear that $40 dress, too. And she is going to have fun and love Xander for forcing her to go.

5. YES! It was so frustrating reading Caymen say: I'm poor, he's rich he is definitely rude because all rich people are.
