I invented a Book Tag and the questions (as well as the video) are below:
Seasonal/Weather Book Tag:

Summer: A book that was always put off or just took you a long time to read.
Fall: Book when a character changed their colors (or had a plot twist)
Winter: All white cover or snow on the cover.
Spring: A book that made you feel happy because everything was going your way.
Rain: Book that made you cry a lot.
Hurricane: Book you had mixed feelings about.

I created an original tag. It's the Girl Scout Law Book Tag. Don't let the name fool you. You don't have to be a Girl Scout, or even a girl to do this tag.
