how do i know this is true or not?

Online tests are good to have a rough understanding of what your issues might be, but I wouldn't take them too seriously. My advice is, if you feel there is some truth in what the test says, do talk to a pdoc, physician, psychotherapist or psychiatric nurse.

Just to be sure I have taken the test you link and I've scored very high in 3 personality disorders: two of those I actually have, the other I don't in the least. That's just to say you have to be careful with online testing, because sometimes you can get a rough picture of the truth, while some other times (often, as in this case, in the same test) the results can be far removed from the actual truth of your condition.
