I am Catholic and 100% pro life. Abortion is the same as murder. It would be like running over a new born. Do some people seriously think that abortion is the mother's choice because whatever you guys say, I can give you a reason for why abortion is wrong and completely the child's choice.

Abortion is not murder. Abortion is the aborting of something that is not yet living.

Life does not begin at conception, and therefor abortion is far from murder. life does not begin at conception, because life begisn when your heart starts beating, when your lungs and organs are in tact, and when you are ready to come out and be a living creature. None of this happens within the first trimester of pregnancy, which means that abortion is not murder in the least, it is simply the aborting of a zygote that is feeding off of you.

I'm sure the women who had no choice but to abort don't need to be labeled as murderers. I think it's sad but sometimes it's for the best. Also, what if the parent was unfit, like a drug addict or abusive. Should a child be born into that if it can be helped. Some might say that they should at least go through with the pregnancy and give it up for adoption but then perhaps the baby will come out dysfunctional due to harmful habits of the mother.

Why does teh fetus deserve to grow an be a child? It wont miss anything. It was never alive. Your state of unborn is the same thing as your state of death. We were all dead before we were here, and as far as i know it didn't cause me the slightest problem. The fetus is not going ot be aborted and then say "aw, damn look at everything i missed!" because it wont know the difference. It will be unborn, and then it will be dead. It will never miss a thing.

Hey you know when you get your period, and all you want to do is shoot people in the face? Just because your pissed? Well thats because of hormones smart one. And if someone came up to you while you were PMSing and told you that you shoudl seriously have better control over your hormones, that person would most likely either be hospitalized, or dead.

Did you know that a woman can actually not go to prison, or have her sentence shortened, if she is PMSing at the time. Because hormones enter your BRAIN and, pretty much cannot be controlled.

I know that rape is a horrible thing. It is wrong on so many levels to be intruded to personally by a physcopathic lunatic, but is it hard to believe that maybe God has a plan for you. Maybe things will work out for the best in the end. everyone's life is bad. But, some people have compassion. If I knew I would die giving birth to the child of the man who raped me. Well, call me crazy, but if that's where my path ends, then so be it. I dont believe that abortion is wrong. I believe that it should never be used as a form of birth control, and that teens should be more careful, but as i said before, and of coure megan did not understand, that hormones mess with your head, muck up your brains chemistry and will make you do thinkgs that you otherwise would not do. I'm catholic but it would never cross my mind that it was god's plan for me to die if i was raped and got pregnant and then told i wouldn't survive the pregnancy.
