YA Book Recommendations! discussion

This is for Edgy Book recommendations!! (Books like Crank by Ellen Hopkins)

As I have never read those books, what else would you consider an edgy book? Is it dystopia or creepy/horror books or neither

Edgy is like drug/drinking abuse or bullying at schools.

I haven't really read books like that

is a great book that deals with heavy issues like child abuse, suicide and bullying. Warning: there is swearing in it if you're offended by that. However, I thought it wasn't over done and was realistic to the character.

is really good with a great plot twist but pretty much anything by is edgy and awesome
