I have added a members only page to the website. Nothing there yet, but it does require a password for access. I'm hoping we can use it as a place to share information about beta readers, artwork, marketing, etc. I'm going to see if I can start message board. It's still a learning curve for me.

Great logo!

Thanks for linking to my blog from the page, since I don't have a website. (Yet?)

I redesigned the blog to incorporate the IACP and Helios logos, by the way. I really do think this is an exciting endeavor we're undertaking here - I hope it works out for us all!

Thanks also for adding my books - I will (this week?) get round to adding the Helios logo to the covers myself (as opposed to the versions you put together) and both that and the IACP logo to the interior.

(Need it be added to the front matter? Or can it be put at the end?)

Also, on the site's main page, the footer has the initialization misspelled as "IAPC".

Okay. I see this is a new start-up, and I am going to out on a limb on this one and get involved now. I added your logo on my homepage and cross-linked your site.

Great! This is all about increasing our footprint by creating a network of such links. And working together to improve and promote our art. Don't hesitate to share your ideas.

We have a place for Beta Readers. Our membership is based on a quid pro quo platform, with no monies, royalties, or percentages changing hands under the auspices of the coop. If you are talking about advertising services for sale, we will have to poll the membership. If you would like, I can start a folder so that you can start that discussion.

Our current Beta Reader model is based on private arrangements made between Reader and Author. Whether Readers want to charge for their services is not within our pervue, and would be the result of a private agreement between the Reader and Author. I can certainly add you to our Beta Reader list immediately if you would like.

Not exactly of urgent importance, but now that I have slightly redesigned my books' covers to incorporate the Helios logo, I wondered if it would (eventually) be possible for you to use the actual covers rather than those mocked-up ones you have on the site now?

(I'm not criticizing the mock-ups - I'd just like the proper ones there now that the logo is on them.)

Absolutely! Send me the image files and I'll use them to replace the "mock-ups". Send them to info@co-opress.org
