Bradbury got a lot of things right i.e. seashell radios = earbuds, an ever increasing police state.

Oh yeah, he got many things right! The big screen TVs, the mechanical hound vs the drones & satellites of today, & how it's so easy to let the media do your thinking for you. Very freaky!
I must be addicted to my screens! NOOOOOOOO! Alrighty, it's time for a tech-free vacation. No, a tech-free life! OK, where's my yoga gear... wait, lemme check Instagram.
Haha! I think smartphones were the final nail in that coffin! We're able to make ourselves in cyborgs willingly now. Inc. magazine did a feature a couple of years ago, with a runner wearing every single tracking device on her. Back when Google Glass was around but the iWatch was not. She had heart rate bands, FitBits, Nike+, the Pebble watch, etc. !!!!Now I must RUN to the botanic garden & go hug a tree, sit on some boulders, and frolic in the meadows...
Yeah, they definitely are. However, I think that (hopefully) I am not quite as addicted to my phone as a normal teen. I mostly go online for Goodreads and my blog. Seriously the time I spend on Twitter and Instagram is minimal, and Facebook is almost nonexistent in my life.
