They have to originally be a merperson, but merpeople can change into people on land.

Do you think we should have a limit to the face claims members can claim? More claims can be made available to those who have completed a majority of their characters, so there won't be a limit to the characters members are allowed to make. It just seems a little unfair to the newer members if the older members have already claimed so many face claims.
