I wanna read Emerald Green, Fault in Our Stars, Frostbite, Selection, and Prince of Shadows: a tale of Romeo and Juliet
Joi wrote: "Oh, nice.! Emerald Green is part of the Ruby Red trilogy, correct?"Yup, it needs to be cheaper though:/
I have two books on the way from amazon called Storyteller and Stealing Heaven. Can't wait till they arrive although I'm gonna have to wait 2 weeks for one. :( :P

IMO, that book sucks.
IMO, that book sucks.

I just .... did not like it at all. I freaking .... disliked it so much, I couldn't even finish it. It wasn't the topic at all, in fact, I loved My Sister's Keeper .... but this book, just ugh....!!!
But, in defense I loved Looking For Alaska.

How did it change your life.?
How did it change your life.?
Just the way that I think about life in general. I mean here I am just rolling thru life not doing ANYTHING when there are actually people who don't have as much time and they know it. I've never read my sisters keeper but I started to watch the movie and I couldn't imagine going thru all of that
Joi. If you are a true YA addict you will understand how a book can change your life. You can't explain it, it just .... happens. :)

I wanted to know her opinion on how it changed her life. Obviously, you can explain it. She did a great job. Books can change different people's lives in different ways. Not everyone is impacted in the same way.

Ok I got you. I think My Sister's Keeper impacted me in that way. It gave more of an emotional feeling. And plus I have lived my whole life with multiple disabilities (yes, I know that this isn't the same thing as living with cancer), and therefore I have met many other people that have made me think the way that you explained it. And I believe that that is why this book didn't have as much of an impact on me s it could have.

Yeah I completely get that. I think that if I would have read my sisters keeper before TFiOS then I would feel the same way as you. I don't have any disabilities but John Green made it so that I could still relate to Hazel even though I have nothing even remotely close to that going on in my life.
LittleMissJunior(Tia) wrote: "...That book like..changed my life...I have yet to read any of his other books but I know I will love them"Actually, surprisingly I did not like his book Paper towns. It didn't change my feelings for "TFiOS" though. Don't take me that seriously though because you might LOVE Paper Towns.
Everybody likes to read different thing! :)

Okay, that makes sense. A lot of people seem to love it, and I can't knock others for it. It's called respecting people's opinion. But, I have a habit of not liking books that the majority enjoy.
I think that this book is the highest I've rated a book in awhile. Lately I can't find anything that I truly enjoy anymore :/
LittleMissJunior(Tia) wrote: "I think that this book is the highest I've rated a book in awhile. Lately I can't find anything that I truly enjoy anymore :/"Mortal Instruments
I read that already XD I've read most things now...I tried to read the Gallagher girls series. that was a bust and everyone said it was amazing -_-

LittleMissJunior(Tia) wrote: "What's Coldest Girl in Coldtown about?"There are quarantined towns called Coldtowns that keep vampires. I think a girl goss there for something. I haven't read it, but I've heard a lot of good things about it
