Fictional Fortress discussion

Can we do it, guys? Can we do it in 2015? Do you think we could as a group read 1,00,000 pages total in 2015?!

This challenge will to be to read a total of 1,00,000 Fictional Fortress Group! Any and all books are accepted (defined as: a written or printed work consisting of pages glued or sewn together along one side and bound in covers) are acceptable, even audio books! When you read an audio book, simply look up the main book listed and count those number of pages.

Rules:

1. Any book started on or after Jan 1, 2015 and completed by midnight of Dec 31, 2015 counts.

2. Audio books do count :-)

3. You are on the honor code to keep track of your count of pages read in 2015.

4. I will accept all and any helpers for Math checking! :) Please, and thank you!!!
5. You cannot mention a book for the second time.

5. Please place the total in bold so it can be easily identified by the next person. If you do not know how to do this that is okay! I or someone else can always amend!

For example, for the group challenge, you will list your book that you have read, with the number of pages, and add it to the current total, so...


The Book Thief 550 pages.

1,500 + 550 = 2050 pages

and then the next person will add to that.

By the way, you've to add up the number of pages you've read to the total above you.

I've read 6,059 (not a great contribution :P)
So our total is..... umm...ya 59,193

Hmmmm..sounds Interesting... In 2K15 i've just read 4658 pages. Only 4.6%.

I just completed Switched by Amanda Hocking and previously i had completed The Catcher in The Rye by J. D. Salinger which i forgot to add..

So previous total was: 68,688 pages

Switched: 328 pages
The catcher..rye: 230 pages

New total: 68,688+328+230= 69,246 pages :D

I've read 15040 pages from 45 books so far, our new total is 84,286. We've got some voracious readers in this group and so I'm going to change the challenge from 1,00,000 to 5,00,000 if that's ok with you all. Happy Reading! :)

Now it's something like a challenge. Sorry guys I just lost my job so m contribution would be little slower as I am currently focusing more on looking for jobs. BTW it hasn't stopped me from reading I am still reading but little slower.

I have read 27 books totaling 5812 pages. So to add 84,286 + 5812 = 90098

You have to mention the no. of pages you read this year and then add it to the total.
