Maximum Ride discussion

Anaralia had been flying out in the storm that was currently happening. She landed at the edge of the cave her flock had been hiding in ever since they had escaped from the school. Her body was soaked and she was cold and shivering. She shook her wings, shaking of the water that remained deep in her dark feathers. she made her way towards the small unkept firepit that she had made the night before,seeing it dead.. Sighing, she walked towards it, and sat before it. Lighting her fingers on fire, she threw a small flame into the pit and brought it back to life. She smiled and huddled closer to it, Bringing her knees up to her chest and wrapping her arms around them as she placed her chin untop her legs. She sighed happily, as the warmth of the flames warmed her cold soaked body.

The sound of fluttering wings and whistling brought Ana out of her thoughts. Snapping her head back and looking over at the source of noise, she narrowed her white eyes at the new figure, trying to figure out who it was but couldn't since the water from her hair kept dripping down her face. She shook her head, scattering the water from her hair and once again focused on the new arrival, finally able to see that a girl had just landed at the entrance. She tensed, "who are you?" She asked cautiously.

Ana eyed her suspiciously, but eventually relaxed and smiled once she figured the girl wasn't too much of a threat. "Come over here and sit beside me." she said, extending her right wing as a sign for the girl to huddle close. After all her wings were much larger so they would keep out the cold better.
"I'm Ana by the way." She said, slightly smiling.

she smiled once again as the girl sat across from her. She folded her her wings around her to keep warm. "Same." She said, looking straight at her with her white eyes that Made her seem like she was blind. "Why were you flying out in the storm?"

"I had went out looking for food, but couldn't find any. So I am started flying back and it suddenly started pouring." She said, resting her chins untop of her knees. Her head being the only thing visible since her large wings covered the rest of her body. "How did you get your wings?"

"Oh, that's seems less painful than what I had to go through. Mine were forcefully implanted when I awoke." She said, and hugged her legs tighter.
