So I just got done reading this book and all I have to say is why? Why couldn't Nick just disappear too? Why did he have to get involved with that crazy AMAZING AMY. I give her credit though for being so incredibility smart-but I feel soo sorry for Nick he deserves better even thought it was partially his fault. But dang, why?

You think that Nick deserves better; Ha, why, he is just as guilty. I think that the title of this book says a lot. OK, I kind of understand your point, but it is karma? His untruths doesn't make things any easier for him. Great book. I love the "Who did it" and WHY, I keep asking myself.
Ugh. I hated the ending of this book. You ask Why did it end this way? I'm thinking because Nick couldn't out-psychopath Amy. They are both truly truly messed up characters, but she's the "better" psychopath. It would have been easier to take at the onset if the author had started with "May the best psychopath win!" Then we'd know what we were dealing with.

Very good book. Amy knew about the affair from the beginning. Did Amy's issues start when she was a child, what do you all think? Did her parents view her as a cash cow? Granted, both Amy and Nick has major childhood issues, but, who would have believed that their issues would go that far. Do they deserve each other?
