fiftyfiftyme discussion

who's committing to fiftyfiftyme in 2014? i am! third year in, and more motivated than ever. have you decided on a major?

i'm two mysteries in – new to the genre – and am thinking of giving that my focus.

on the other hand, i just last year discovered The Morning News's Tournament of Books (and just finished my first read from their list, A Tale for the Time Being, so am thinking of committing to that as a major…though I have to read as many as possible by March to join in as an armchair judge!)

for movies…no idea.

so, are you in? what's your major? thoughts on last year?

I'm in!! I used the Tournament of Books as my major last year...and I read about six of them--that's not too bad I guess. :-/
Not sure about my major this year. Sometimes it just reveals itself as I go along.

Oh, and I have had A Tale for the Time Being checked out from the library for MONTHS. I really need to read that! I loved her book My Year of Meats.
