One of my new favorite authors, any other fans of his here? What are your favorites of his books?

I really enjoyed , I have a bunch of his stuff I still have to read.

I've gotMuerte Con Carne and Infinity House, but haven't gotten around to reading either. Has anyone read both? Which would be the better starting point? Or should I start with something different?

I havn't read infinity house but muerte con carne is good. It is going to be a movie soon.

Start with Muerte Con Carne, this was my first read of his.

Muerte Con Carne it is. I just started Lights Out, so I'll read it next.

I just finishedMuerte Con Carne and enjoyed it. The cannibalism stuff was pretty great, and El Gigante was cool. I didn't much care for the main characters, and found both really annoying. Some of the writing was over-done, but overall it was solid enough. I think I'll eventually check out some of McKenie'z other books.

Yea, same complaints from most people who group read it in my paced reading group (myself included) but overall everyone liked it.
