I hate to say it, but if someone has 3 strikes against them, then they should maybe be removed from the group. I mean, I can't think of anything else. Sorry for the voicing of my opinion, just trying to assist.
hehehe. It's just that I am not a mod, so I wasn't quite sure.
we could,hmm, we could keep a topic with members names and put lines next to them for strikes. And there also should be a way for them to earn back a strike like make up for it. ALL IDEAS WELCOME>
mmmm . . .how about to earn a strike back they have to invite a certain amount of people or open a succesful topic?
good thing u added rulez cuz on sum groops they start arguig and that leads to cussing people out and evry body chooses a side 2 b on and b4 u kno it the groop is havin a warin short...rulez= good thing

Ok and where do we pick our REP?
Well you talk to each other by mail, and then tel me when you guys have decidd. yoiu can see the members of your group there. after you have decided the rep, you will not have to decide another one again, unless you want to.
nevermind, you just decide as a group now. pretty much the same. but you dont need to vote in any representative or anything.
Well I went to this museum the other day and I got to see most props and costumes from the movies!!!! It was sooo cool! Except we werent able to take pics or touch anything.
we got to see some of the Narnia props at Disney tho and then we got free stickers!!!!

2.Informational and advertising threads, Will have a comment cap. After exceeding this cap a Reincarnation of the said topic will be made.
(This is primarily due because on informational and advertisement threads, you want people to be able to read them, when a thread gets to long. People are less likely to look through it.)

1.The council handles all group wide decisions.
2. All members of the group may participate in the council
-How the council works-
-The council is organized into a "Varying" amount of "Genres" (parties)
-Genres-
-each genre party will make a decision as a group, then There overall decision will be counted as one vote.
-At the end of the voting period, the votes will be tallied up. (remember each party as a whole counts as one vote)
