The Big Bath Read 2014 discussion

I'm leading a book group at Midsomer Norton library this evening -- and really looking forward to seeing what the readers say! Some already asked to pass on the message: "Does it matter if we hate the book?" And "Is it OK if we don't finish the book?" Not finishing the book is kind of bad form for a book group (in my view) but if you can't finish it, you can't finish it. Hating it, however, is totally fine -- as long as you can explain why! I am very intrigued to meet them… If anyone wants to post any views here I can pass on, that would be incredibly helpful (I feel like they are going to need some prompts to unleash their opinions…)
