I had a job interview today and I had to take the bus for a ride of almost two hour so I read and I'm 29%. So far i like it.

I started this last night.. I'm only two chapters in but I'm realizing I don't remember much from the last book.. (view spoiler)[ I honestly can't even remember the main characters name and definitely don't remember that she is ENGAGED to CAL?? (hide spoiler)]

Starting chapter 1
I really hope Archer and Sophie's dad and Cal come back alive. Jenna almost seems like a lost cause but maybe...

Through Chapter 9 & I'm pretty bored =(

End of part 1
(view spoiler)[First of all, does this Cal thing really need to be pushed? Sophie does realize that it was wrong to kiss him right? Yeah, she was distressed but that's no excuse. You can't like one guy and then lock lips with another, it's wrong. She's basically cheating on Archer.

Second of all, I am so glad that Archer is okay! Sadly, we won't be meeting him anytime soon. I seriously hope that's not because Rachel Hawkins wants to force the love triangle back because that's just cheap and everyone knows it. (hide spoiler)]

Through part 2 and still pretty bored (view spoiler)[ I feel like there is nothing happening on the "take down the bad guys" side OR the romance side.. At least Soph has her magic back but have they really figured out how to stop the Casnoff's from creating demons? (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I hate to be repitive, but do we really need the whole "I'm confused about my feelings" bullshit. Why can't you juts stop, Rachel Hawkins?! You're making me dislike Sophie!

(view spoiler)[Elodie is seriously starting to piss me off. First the thing with Cal and now with the gromoire. Also, since when did Archer ever cheat on her? He didn't. And with all the stunts she pulled, anything Archer did his entire life while being an Eye, would seem angelic. So it's not like she has a right to judge.

One more thing,
Bravo to making impulsive decisions! That's exactly how you end up murdering your best friend. (hide spoiler)]
