I don't mean the filming of the French play, rather the 2010 Irish film directed by Neil Jordan. It combines a lot of Selke Mythology with a modern day plot. I liked it quite a lot!

Yes, I saw it! I don't remember all that much of it. I've always been fascinated by selkie stories--they have that weird, bittersweet feel to them.

I saw this last week! I quite enjoyed it as well. You can stream it on netflix, if anyone's interested.
