My second book for this challenge finally finished :) The Impossible Dead. While I enjoyed this, I really didn't think that it came close to The Complaints. However, I have not been having a pretty rough time health wise while reading this so that may explain not only why it took me so long, but also why I didn't enjoy it quite as much as I normally enjoy Ian Rankin's offerings :)
Something different for my third. The Finer Points of Sausage Dogs by Alexander McCall Smith. Very amusing and certainly different to what I have been reading lately.
Well, that's that's my fourth down - Standing in Another Man's Grave. A damn good it was, too! With another Rankin still on my list, along with a number of Stuart MacBride books (and others), I think that I should have signed myself up for a bit more of a challenge :)

It took a while, but I have my first read. Life After Life by Kate Atkinson. Unfortunately not her best novel. Review on my blog: http://www.heatherpearson.com/2014/03...

A change of pace from the others and I look forward to seeing Fox and Rebus meet in 'Standing in Another Man's Grave.'
