I just posted my review so you can go there for even more of my thoughts, but, basically, this book was amazing in every way. The best way I can put it is that it is just a great piece of literature; like a fine wine, the best cut of meat, an Armani suit, a 5 star restaurant. With this book you are getting very rich quality!

Some may complain that it is slow, but that is just because there is so much here go get lost in! If you start and think it is slow, give it a chance and I feel like you quickly won't mind.
