2 blocks of cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. vanilla
mini chocolate chips (approx. 1/2 bag)
toffee bits (approx. 1/2 bag)

Put cream cheese, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with a good strong mixer. Stir the chips and toffee bits in by hand. Serve with graham crackers and apple slices.

Tammy (tammymerlot) | 16 comments I've seen interesting variations of this recipe. Someone told me they once used maraschino cherries with the chocolate chips instead of using the toffee bits. I think that would be a yummy Valentine's treat. =)

Yes, I think that would be a very good substitution...I love maraschino cherries included with chocolate fondu!
