This recipe is very simple and easy to make. I just whip up a bowl and put it on our table by the pool - my kiddos and their friends go wild for it!

2 blocks of cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. vanilla
mini chocolate chips (approx. 1/2 bag)
toffee bits (approx. 1/2 bag)

Put cream cheese, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with a good strong mixer. Stir the chips and toffee bits in by hand. Serve with graham crackers and apple slices.

Oh, Yummy! I have never had cream cheese dip like this before!

I've seen interesting variations of this recipe. Someone told me they once used maraschino cherries with the chocolate chips instead of using the toffee bits. I think that would be a yummy Valentine's treat. =)

Yes, I think that would be a very good substitution...I love maraschino cherries included with chocolate fondu!
